South鈥檚 Innovation in Learning Center and USAonline were coordinators of this event.
鈥淪ummer SoTL aimed to support faculty in improving student outcomes using a framework of scholarly inquiry to inform and guide change in teaching practices,鈥 said Dr. S. Raj Chaudhury, executive director of the Innovation in Learning Center and USAonline. 鈥淧articipants came away with an understanding of the foundations of SoTL in different disciplines, along with research methods, forms of reporting, and a preliminary proposal for an SoTL project.鈥
